• “You,” “your” refers to the individual or entity purchasing Products or using our site.

• “Products” refers to vehicle tracking and PTT devices for security or related goods.
   

3. Applicability
These T&Cs apply to all purchases made via Chasemyride.co.za. Any changes or deviations must be agreed in writing.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• We may refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or legal restrictions.

• A binding contract forms once we send you an order confirmation via email.
   

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payment via specified secure payment gateways.

• You must pay in full at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
   

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery.

• You must inspect upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours.
   

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged Product, you must notify us within a reasonable period and follow our returns process.

• We will assess and determine if the Product is eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable South African consumer laws.

• Products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty where specified; details will be made available at time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to reject claims if misuse, neglect, or unauthorized tampering is found.
   

8. Use Restrictions & Compliance

• You must use Products in accordance with applicable South African laws, including communications licensing where required.

• You may not use Products to infringe intellectual property, privacy, or for any unlawful activity.
   

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including trademarks, logos, images, and text, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or use any such content without our express permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect, use, and store your data for order fulfillment, communication, and legal compliance.

11. Liability

• We are liable for direct damages only, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected Product(s).

• We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages.

• Nothing in these T&Cs limits liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under South African law.
   

12. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions).

13. Variation of Terms
We may update these T&Cs from time to time. Revised terms will take effect upon posting and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the changes.

14. Severability
If any provision of these T&Cs is held invalid or unenforceable under South African law, it will be severed from the remainder, which will remain binding.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts regarding any dispute arising from these T&Cs.
